Season 4 has come to an end in grand style. During the first 4 to 5 weeks, everyone was feeling out the competition and getting to know their teams. Somewhere in there, I (McGill) took the lead and it looked like my guys could go the distance......unfortunately, others felt differently and kept up the pressure. The Tax Lady (aka Mrs McGill), Dang Yankee, Lakngulf, and Mrs. Talisi kept working on their teams and kept up the pressure. Many other players were trying hard , but were'nt as lucky in their moves and trades. After leading for several weeks, McGill could feel the heat  into rilvary week, and what a finish it was! By late Saturday evening, and what could be likened to the final NASCAR lap, Dang Yankee edged ahead of McGill by a single point for a season total of 1812 to 1811....it looked like it was to be a photo finish when both ran out of gas just short of the finish line. Lakngulf, who was slyly holding close in 3rd place, made a sprint for the finish burning what must have been a high octane mixture of pickled maters with an extra kick of cayanne pepper. When the dust settled, LaknGulf was in the winners circle.  The final top 5 positions were all in it to the end! 1. Lakngulf 2. Dang Yankee 3. McGill 4. Tax Lady 5. Mrs Talisi. Congrats to the top finishers and to everyone who played (we had 17 competitors). It was a fun year and I look forward to next season; I want my revenge, ML!
