And the defense attorneys have the phone records and cell tower location information to prove it.  The dude was banging her in 2020 and 2021, long before he was hired.  I would say it's amazing that a DA would not know about phone records and cell tower data but she is as dumb as a rock so it would not surprise me. 

Just one example from 2021.  Cell towers placed him near his home in East Cobb and then at a tower near her home at 11:30pm leaving around 4am and then a text from him at 4:30am to Fani once again from his East Cobb home area.  A little late night nookie and then back to the house?

Not that I think any of this will matter.  We are talking Fulton County, GA where corruption is SOP.  If this white judge had a shred of intellectual honesty, professional integrity and a smidgeon of courage he would move the entire phony RICO case out of the Fulton County DA's office where it would die the slow death it deserves. I am not counting on it although I don't see how as a matter of law he can keep her or Wade on the case.  But again, Fulton County.
