The ACLU, SCLC, PETA and any other alphabet group I can think of after seeing the poor living conditions that CAT is forcing the fowl to live in. It looks like a New Orleans prison. A blue tarp for a roof, a house that would only be acceptable for a dog (or a CAT in this case), and a very limited exercise yard. To top it off, it looks like CAT's henchman, Warden Turkey is abusive to the inmates.
