As in:  I have a cold that "someone" passed along, and I need some food.....

What do y'all like when you have a cold? For me, a cold brings out strange cravings.....I'm cooking up some chicken wings and waffles tonight.

I enjoy a good bowl of soup, but it usually doesn't go it alone for me with a cold. We always make our own stock too.....much more flavor with much less salt.

For what ever reason, I seem to heal quicker and feel better when I eat heavy food with a lot of spice. The wings and waffles did the trick tonight,  and I'm planning a jalapeno burger w/ blue cheese on sour dough for lunch tomorrow.

Macaroni and cheese.  Also cream of tomato soup and a grilled cheese.  Doesn't make me feel any better, but it's a good excuse to eat it.   For some reason, I don't like chicken soup.

Here you go, "the cold killer".

....a 1lb burger with cheddar cheese, blue cheese, and jalapeno's cooked into the center. It's then placed on a fresh roll with blue plate mayo, onion,  and pickle, and then topped with fresh slaw, hot spicy chili, and bacon.

I've never liked tomato soup, but I'm right there on the mac and cheese and grilled cheese (heavy on the pickles).

URL: I also like tomato soup. No milk, straight from the can! Taste pretty good if you are going through
