Hey Maverick,,,, try "Riblettes". They can be bought from most Piggly Wiggly's and cook in about 5 to 6 minutes. Also Conecuh Sausage which is an amazing Alabama Made Sausage and cooks up quickly. Both are super good if you baste with Mike Elliott's BBQ and Grilling Sauce. For dessert try "Milly Ray's" Orange Rolls,,,, also an amazing Alabama Product. Bon appetit.

my sister always makes Chili Cheese Dip for tailgates...it's a huge hit and EASY....do this in layers ... cream cheese, hormel chili (whatever one you like best), cheddar cheese..... bake ...at that point can add sliced black olives or green, green onion, tomatoes ....etc .. or add nothing at all! serve with fritos and tostitos.
not as easy Mexican Dip ... in layers.... refried beans, sour cream mixed with one packet taco season, beef cooked with taco season, guacamole (making your own is best), monterey jack cheese, top with finely shredded lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, green onion. serve with tostitos...
We will be having Mucho Gusto Chili with all the fixins for the Iron Bowl. It's a tradition!

Nachos! Use Tostitos Scoops, slice of Jalapeno pepper and a 1/8 in. slice of chedder (sized for scoop). Bake on high for a couple of minutes til cheese is melted. Beer will taste much better!

I can see being tired of a few of those (like the sausage cheese calls)..... But BBQ and beer can chicken? You need to ditch the gas grill and get a BGE....then add smoked wings, ribs, brisket, bacon wraped scallops, stuffed poblanos, and ABT's to the rotation of pulled pork and beer can chicken done right.
