This is a preview of their coming defense and his attorneys will have the ability to subpoena people and depose them under oath.  Wait for the 5th amendments to be flying.  Legal 101 - never implicate yourself and never commit perjury.  Pleading the 5th is the best way to do so.

Does it really matter.  Joe Biden lies to us every day - yeterday, in Wisconsin, he claimed he was there when they had that bridge collapse in Pittsburg and he saw it happen?  (he also did the creepy whisper thing, the shouting thing and then the mumbling thing).

So lying is no longer a sin.

Aug 17 (Reuters) - Former U.S. President Donald Trump said on Thursday he had canceled a press conference scheduled for next week to release a report into the 2020 election in Georgia, saying his attorneys would put his arguments in court filings instead.

Trump said earlier this week that he would hold the press conference on Monday to release a detailed, 100-page report into what he described as "election fraud" in the state of Georgia during the 2020 election he lost to Democrat Joe Biden.

I am sure his attorneys advised him that this information was critical to his defense and it's better not to give Fat Fani a heads up.  But he got what he wnated from this....more attention.  And you keep giving it to him.
