I sincerely doubt that.  He knows that if he throws enough money at the problem, it can be solved.  Everyone has a price, even a politically ambitious black woman from Georgia.  I actually find it amusing that so much time, effort and vitrol is spent hating a man who, even on his worst day, was at least working and not vacationing.  Trump never took his salary.  Biden sucks it up and well as all the freebies he can get.  He's in Lake Tahoe staying in the home of some climate activist.  Don't you know there will be a donation coming soon?  Oh, yeah, and he plans to drop by Maui, to tell those people how much he really cares about them
